Arbutus unedo 80-100cm 10lt

A compact, dense, free-flowering evergreen shrub or small tree with exfoliating bark, oval, toothed, glossy, dark green leaves and, in autumn, urn-shaped, cream flowers bloom whilst strawberry-like, edible fruit from the previous year's flowers, ripen from yellow-green to red. On older plants the bark becomes a rich cinnamon red-brown color. Salt tolerant.
